Fees and Payment Options

At Rochedale Dental Group we aim to keep our fees within industry standards. As such our fees reflect the skills and experience of our Dentists and Oral Health Therapists as well as the technology we have available for your diagnosis and treatment.

We will never "cut corners" when dealing with your health and ensure our sterilisation, infection control and materials are of a very high standard.

Comparing fees between dental practices may be tricky, so make sure you are comparing exactly the same thing because the types of treatment, materials and equipment may differ. Be careful about getting "over the phone" quotes because they may change once the Dentist assesses your situation.

Following your initial examination, we will always provide you with a treatment plan and fee estimate before we start any treatment. This means there are no hidden costs or nasty surprises for you to deal with. You can choose the treatment option that best suits your needs and your budget.

Our Treatment Coordinators are here to assist you. They are trained professionals in all areas of dental care and can help you plan your treatment and answer any queries you may have.

Payment Options

  • For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, visa, bankcard, hicaps, care credit and AMEX.
  • We offer Dental Members Australia interest free direct debit Care Plans and Treatment Payment Plans. To find out more click here
  • We accept GE Finance products Credit Line, Care Credit, and Gem Visa. To apply for Gem Visa click here
  • We accept personal cheques for treatment but not for new patient visits.
  • Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Care Plans

Rochedale Dental is now able to offer Care Plans through our relationship with Dental Members Australia (DMA). This relationship allows us to offer our patients Dental Care Memberships, providing discounts and benefits, as well as Patient Payment Plans for as little as $1 per day for patients who are unable to pay for treatment up front.

BUPA Members First

We are a Bupa Members First Practice, meaning that certain treatments/services we provide are Rebate Only for patients with Bupa health fund dental insurance. Patients have no gap to pay for dental services where they have Bupa members on top cover! Contact us for more information or contact Bupa to find out your level of cover. Subject to fund dental rules, waiting periods and annual maximums.

Quotes over the phone

  • In some cases we can give you fee estimates over the phone, but they will only be a rough guide and may change once your specific situation has been assessed.
  • You will be provided with an exact fee quote for your initial comprehensive examination and following this, we will give you treatment plan options with more accurate fees.
  • We prefer not to give over the phone quotes to compare with other practices because it can be misleading and the treatment options may not be the same from practice to practice.
  • We are more than happy to schedule an appointment to provide you with an assessment or second opinion if you are unsure about treatment options already recommended.
